9/2012 IVF #1: 3R, 2M, 1F. (1-6B). BFN.
11/2012 IVF #2: cycle cancelled due to elevated E2.
12/2012 IVF #2.1 cancelled due to cyst.
2/2013 IVF #2.2: Converted to IUI. BFN

2/2104 new RE.

3/2014 IVF #2.3: BCP & Microdose Lupron. Cycle cancelled due to poor response.

12/2014 new RE.

2/2015 IVF #3.0: 3R, 3M, 1F. (1 textbook 8cell). Betas 1-6: 16.9, 71.6. 300, 800, 1s816, 4342. m/c at 6w2d.

6/2015 IVF #4.0: 1R, 1M, 1F, (1-8 cell). BFN.

7/2016 Surgery to remove 1 big fibroid
